City Council Special and Regular Meetings are open to the public. If they adjourn to Executive Session, Executive Sessions are closed to the public. Audience members have an opportunity to speak at Regular Meetings during Audience Break and/or during Public Hearings. The City of Xenia offers live gavel-to-gavel coverage of Regular Meetings on our Government Channel (TWC Channel 5 and ATT U-Verse Channel 99) or via streaming video.
