   If you would like to receive a hard copy of the City's newsletter, The Xenia Communicator, please complete this form. If you are a Xenia resident, you can also opt-out of receiving a hard copy of the newsletter in your mailbox, which is sent via US Mail.
4. If you are a Xenia resident, please provide your Utility Billing account number (this number is used to generate the mailing list).
   Those living in the City limits automatically receive a hard copy of the newsletter, which is mailed to your utility billing address. If you are not a Xenia resident, please skip this question.
