2. Terms and Conditions

   The Xenia Tree Committee is hosting its first annual Tree Sale! Orders are due by SEPTEMBER 24, 2021. Trees (4' to 6' in height) and shrubs (3' to 4' in height) will be delivered in three-gallon containers to the City of Xenia Public Service Center, 966 Towler Road, Xenia, for pickup on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2021, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Payments may be made via cash/check/money order/credit card. DO NOT MAIL CASH. Cash, check, or money order payments may be dropped off at the City Administration Building. If you wish to make a credit card payment, email your order form to mjohnson@ci.xenia.oh.us and make your credit card payment using the City's Payment Service Network. Be sure to select "Tree Committee" when making your payment.

   Trees/shrubs may only be planted on private property and not in the tree lawn (area between the sidewalk and the street). No delivery, planting, or warranty is provided by the City of Xenia or the Tree Committee. Trees not picked up by noon on Saturday, October 16, 2021, will be considered a donation to the City and will be planted in a City park. All proceeds will be used to help with maintenance and replacement of City-owned trees.
