    Certificate of Appropriateness: $150 - Site plan, elevation drawings, landscape plan, graphical material samples as needed

    Certificate of Appropriateness Appeal: $75 - Site plan, elevation drawings, landscape plan, graphical material samples as needed

    Planned Unit Development (PUD) Concept Plan: $150 - Map of existing site conditions, conceptual/phased site plan, basic utility plans, written narrative explaining the proposed PUD, why PUD zoning is necessary and how it relates to the City’s Land Use Plan

    PUD Final Development Plan (for one or more phases of the Concept Plan): $71 plus $15 per lot - Site plan, elevation drawings, landscape plan, utility plans

    PUD Modification: $100 ($150 if Council review required) - Dependent upon type of project

    Site Plan Review (H-1 District): $71 - Detailed site plan, landscape plan, utility plans

    Subdivision - Preliminary Plat: $144 - Contact the Planning and Zoning Department or refer online to Sections 1234.07 and 1234.08 of the City’s Codified Ordinances.

    Subdivision - Final Plat: $69 plus $14 per lot - Contact the Planning and Zoning Department or refer online to Sections 1234.07 and 1234.08 of the City’s Codified Ordinances.

    Zoning Map Amendment: $150 - Map of existing/proposed zoning for subject property(s) and surrounding properties, written narrative explaining reasons

    Zoning Text Amendment: $150 Detailed description of proposed text change, written narrative explaining reasons
