Literal interpretation of the provisions of this Zoning Code would deprive the applicant of property rights commonly enjoyed by other properties in the same district under the terms of this Zoning Code.Conditions not caused by applicant. The special conditions and circumstances do not result from the actions of the applicant, his or her agents or prior property owners.No special privilege. Granting the variance requested will not confer on the applicant any special
privilege that is denied by this Zoning Code to other lands, structures or buildings in the same district.Harmony with locality. The variance requested shall not alter the essential character of the locality,
nor be in conflict with the Land Use PlanConditional Use: $100 - Description of proposed use along with any additional materials requested by the Planning and Zoning DepartmentAdministrative Appeal: $100 - Letter to the BZA explaining the alleged error in an order, requirement, decision or determination on made by
