Greene County Public Health is now offering an online form that allows people in the 1a and 1b phase to sign up for COVID-19 vaccine clinics.
Phase 1a, which is currently ongoing, consists of those who provide hands-on direct care to patients. Phase 1b consists of those who are 65 years or older or live with a severe congenital, developmental, or an early-onset medical disorder.

Phase 1b vaccine clinics will begin to take place during the week of January 19 pending vaccine shipments and availability Greene County Public Health announced.
- Week of January 18: Individuals age 80 and older
- Week of January 25: Individuals age 75 and older, and those individuals with severe congenital, developmental, and early onset disorders
- Week of February 1: Individuals age 70 and older, K-12 school teachers and staff for schools which elect to offer in-person learning or hybrid model by March 1
- Week of February 8: Individuals age 65 and older
Greene County Public Health will notify those who sign up for the vaccine clinics by email when vaccine clinics are being hosted. If Greene County Public Health administers your first dose of the vaccine, they will notify you by phone or email on the availability of a second dose.
