The City of Xenia is in the process of compiling an ADA Transition Plan. Interested persons are invited to submit written comments regarding the plan no later than 30 days after the date of this public notice. This public notice allows for any written comments to be considered for their technical feasibility and economic reasonableness. The ADA Coordinator for the City of Xenia is Christopher Berger, PS Director/Engineer. Mr. Berger will be the contact for items related to the City's ADA Transition Plan for pedestrian facilities within the public right-of-way. Mr. Berger may be reached via email at email@example.com and can receive written comments to be delivered to the City Administration Building at 107 E. Main Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. To file a complaint, request, and/or offer a suggestion regarding the accessibility of a sidewalk or curb ramp, please contact the ADA Coordinator who will then direct the inquiry to the appropriate City official for inspection and possible action. The ADA Coordinator will then respond to the inquiry in writing as the final disposition of the matter.
