The Records office is on the first floor of the Xenia Justice Center, located at 101 North Detroit Street.

Public records can be obtained in several ways. For most records the easiest way to obtain them is to call the Records Section at (937) 376-7204 or use the Online XPD Public Records Request Form. If you wish, you may show up in person or send the request via fax.  Police reports are not available until after 12:00 p.m. on the following business day.  If a report is still under investigation, the report is no releasable.

There is a $.007 per page charge for a report; however, we waive the fee for a request involving 10 pages or less.

The Xenia Police Division DOES NOT PERFORM CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS.

The Records office is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. to fulfill public records requests.

Accident report are  available online via the link. There is a fee of $3.00 or you can obtain a free copy at the records division.
