Tree Sale

The Tree Committee hosted its first annual tree sale in 2021, which was a huge success! In total, 99 trees and 46 shrubs were purchased. So ... they held another sale in 2022, with a total  of 98 trees and 54 shrubs sold! Stay tuned for information on another sale in 2023!

You can order several ways ... either use the online form linked below or print/complete one of the PDF forms linked below and drop it off or mail it to the following address:

Payments may be made via cash/check/money order/credit card. DO NOT MAIL CASH. Cash, check, or money order payments may be dropped off at the City Administration Building with your order form. If you wish to make a credit card payment AND YOU ARE NOT USING THE ONLINE FORM, email your order form to mjohnson@ci.xenia.oh.us and make your credit card payment using the City's Invoice Cloud: https://www.invoicecloud.com/cityofxeniaoh. If you are using the online form below, staff will automatically receive a copy of your order and you do not need to email it separately.

Trees and shrubs may only be planted on private property and in tree lawns wider than 4.5' (the area between the sidewalk and the street). No delivery, planting, or warranty is provided by the City of Xenia. Trees not picked up by noon on the established pick up date will be considered a donation to the City of Xenia and will be planted in a City park or other City property. All proceeds will be used to help with maintenance and replacement of City-owned trees.

YOUR PAYMENT MUST MATCH THE GRAND TOTAL AMOUNT LISTED ON YOUR ORDER FORM. If your order form is not accompanied by a payment or you fail to make a payment via the City's Invoice Cloud by the order deadline, your order will be canceled.
