Historic Waterstreet District

The Waterstreet Historic District, Xenia was entered into the National Register of Historic Places as of August 11, 1980.

Primarily a residential district, the Waterstreet Historic District was created as one of Xenia’s earliest historic districts with local historian Loren Gannon providing much of the research and expertise to conduct this early nomination.
