The Christmas Station

We can't wait to see you again at The Christmas Station, Xenia's new Christmas tradition. The event will be headquartered at the iconic Xenia Station, where families will be able to meet Santa, collect a stocking full of goodies, create Christmas crafts, enjoy live bands playing Christmas music, and decorate cards for local seniors and those who may not have family around this holiday season.

From the Station, you'll follow the luminaries toward downtown where 4 Paws for Ability's Santa Paws pups will greet you for pictures. You'll also be able to warm up with hot chocolate, coffee, and treats.

Make sure to continue on to our historic downtown where you will find more food trucks, artists doing live ice sculpting, and two gorgeous teams of horse and carriage to take you on a FREE ride to see the XeniaLights display at Shawnee Park.

Get a jumpstart on your Christmas shopping by visiting our locally-owned downtown businesses that are ready to welcome you in to browse for the perfect gift. While you're shopping, keep your eyes out for the 'Elf on the Shelf'. We've been told from the North Pole that they will be returning to our downtown businesses that evening for the season. Fill out your elf cards, which will be available at participating local businesses, and return them to the City Administration Building (107 E. Main Street) to be entered into a drawing for a prize! While you’re shopping, make sure to stop by One Bistro to check out the Gingerbread House competition and vote on your favorite.
