Parks, Trails, & Recreation

The City of Xenia is home to 12 local parks that each offer a variety of amenities including playgrounds, picnic shelters, outdoor fitness equipment, basketball courts, a skate park, baseball & softball diamonds, walking paths, fishing areas, and more! In 2016 some terrific new amenities were added including a splash pad and a frisbee golf course. To learn more about the improvements being made to City parks view the Park Improvements Page.

The Board for Recreation, Arts, and Cultural Activities (BRACA) provides recreational opportunities such as an annual Fishing Derby and an annual Easter Egg Hunt. They also partner with a downtown business group to present Hometown Christmas each year.
