Xenia Greene Central Communications Center

The Xenia Greene Central Communications Center is committed to efficiently and compassionately answering the public’s 911 calls for emergency service response. The center is a consolidated effort with the with the Greene County Sheriff’s Office and is located in the Xenia Police Division under the management of Xenia Police Division.

The Center serves as the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for 911 callers needing public safety services in Xenia and Greene County. When 911 is dialed, the call goes to the nearest jurisdictional PSAP. If you live in Xenia or anywhere in Greene County and dial 911, with the exception of the cities of Beavercreek and Fairborn, the call will come into the Xenia Greene Central Communications Center. When a 911 call for another jurisdiction is received, we will ask you to remain on the line while we transfer your call to the correct PSAP.

The Xenia Greene Central Communications Center is staffed with 20 Communications Operators, under the supervision of the Emergency Communications Administrator and the Public Safety Technology Officer. There are a minimum of four operators on duty in the Center at all times ready to serve you.
