Utility Billing Online Access / Payments

Customers can view and/or pay your Xenia Utility account online. Payments with Visa, MasterCard or Discover are accepted at no charge to the customer.

To pay via phone using credit/debit cards or electronic checks, call Payment Service Network at 1-877-885-7968, a service fee may apply.

Questions about using the Online Account Access should be directed to Utility Billing at 937-376-7242 or by email. If the Online Account Access website is inaccessible, please email our IT Division to report this technical issue. Please do not email the IT Division for issues with UserIDs or passwords. These questions should be directed to Utility Billing.

Payment Processing

Please allow 3 working days for online payments to be posted to your utility account. This site is protected by Trustwave’s Trusted Commerce program. Payments made via the website are final and are not reversible. Visa, MasterCard and Discover are not responsible for refunding payments made in error. Please use caution when entering online payments and contact Utility Billing at 937-376-7242 if you make an error on an online payment. Electronic or paper checks returned to the City of Xenia for any reason (non-sufficient funds, closed account, incorrect routing/account number) are subject to a $25 returned item fee from the City of Xenia and possible immediate service disconnection.
