Zoning Regulation Changes

The Xenia Planning and Zoning Commission (XPZC) and City Council recently adopted changes to the City's Zoning Code that will clarify and ease some regulations that affect businesses. The purpose of the changes is to improve comprehension and enforcement and eliminate unnecessary restrictions without compromising the visual quality of the built environment.
Revisions include changes for signage, outdoor seating, and bike racks.
