It is the vision of Judge Murry and the court staff that Xenia Municipal Court provide innovative and exemplary court services to the people of Greene County. The Court desires to be exemplary in providing fair and efficient justice under the law for all people, and that matters and disputes be resolved in a fair and timely manner. It is a core value of Xenia Municipal Court that every person who enters the court be treated with dignity and respect.

All court proceedings occur in the courtroom and are open to the public. The citizens of Greene County are welcome to visit the court during normal business hours to see their local municipal court at work.

One of our strengths is our court employees.  We love to recognize court staff when they accomplish 5,10,15, etc. year service records. Most recently we recognized Jodi Reed and Dannette Donatelli for their 15 & 20-year XMC service anniversaries.  Judge Murry also recently swore in Carlos Walker as the Court's new Chief Probation Officer.  His mother was present to pin his badge on him.
