Civil Division
The Civil Division of Xenia Municipal Court has jurisdiction over cases up to $15,000. Small Claims cases may go up to $3,000.Effective on July 5, 2011, Clerk of the Xenia Municipal Court shall charge the following fees in the Civil Division:
