Utility Billing Online Access/Payments
Click this image or here to view and/or pay your Xenia Utility account online. There is a $2.00 online processing fee for all electronic check payments made via the website. Due to the lower costs for processing credit card payments, there is no online processing fee for credit card payments.
Effective August 1, 2014, electronic check payments will no longer be accepted at our website. You can still pay by e-check for the lower cost of $1.00 by calling Payment Services Network at 1-877-885-7968.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Payments in excess of $400.00 cannot be made via the website.

If the Online Account Access website is inaccessible, please email our IT Division at firstname.lastname@example.org to report this technical issue. Please do not email the IT Division for issues with UserIDs or passwords. These questions should be directed to Utility Billing.
Please allow 3 working days for online payments to be posted to your utility account. Payments made via the website are final and are not reversible. VISA/Mastercard/Discover are not responsible for refunding payments made in error. Please use caution when entering online payments and contact Utility Billing at 937-376-7242 if you make an error on an online payment. E-checks returned for non-sufficient funds are subject to a $25.00 returned check fee and possible immediate service disconnection. For E-checks returned for reasons other than non-sufficient funds, all Authorize.Net fees related to the transaction will be applied to your utility account.
