Facility Rental

Hosting a family reunion, birthday party, wedding, or business meeting? Consider utilizing one of our facilities for your next gathering.
Shawnee Park contains three picnic shelters that are available for public use as well as the main Pavilion. The shelters are frequently reserved for birthday parties, picnics, family reunions, meetings, bridal showers, baby showers and anniversary parties.
Shelter # 1 is located near the restroom facilities and contains four picnic tables, a charcoal grill (charcoal not provided) and electricity.
Shelter # 2 is located near the playground equipment and contains six picnic tables, charcoal grill (charcoal not provided) and electricity.
Shelter # 3 is also located near the playground equipment and contains four picnic tables, charcoal grill (charcoal not provided) and electricity.
The Pavilion is located near the waters edge and contains picnic tables, charcoal grills (charcoal not provided), electricity and a stage. The Pavilion is a popular location for weddings, large family reunions and graduation parties.

The shelter at Xenia Station is located near Detroit Street and contains two picnic tables.
The classroom at Xenia Station is located on the 2nd floor of the building and can be utilized for meetings, training or classroom instruction. Let us know how you would like the tables and chairs configured at the time of your reservation. Maximum occupancy is 49 people with chairs and 28 people with tables and chairs.

If you are interested in reserving a facility, please call 376-7265 for more information. Shelters can be rented from 8 a.m. – noon, noon – 4 p.m., 4 p.m. – 8 p.m., or all day. Day rate is equal to an 8-hour reservation rate. Shelters at Shawnee Park and Xenia Station require reservation; all other park shelters are available for public use on a first-come, first-serve basis and do not require reservation.
