Utility Billing Online Access/Payments

WELCOME TO XENIA'S UTILITY BILLING ONLINE ACCESS/PAYMENT SYSTEM

Click this image  or here to view and/or pay your Xenia Utility account online.

Effective July 31, 2014, electronic check payments will no longer be accepted at our website.  You can still pay by e-check for the lower cost of $1.00 by calling Payment Services Network at 1-877-885-7968.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Payments in excess of $2,000.00 cannot be made via the website. Since the City of Xenia is paying the fees, we reserve the right to limit the maximum payment by credit/debit card to $2,000.00 in a 5 business day period. If you wish to make a payment in excess of $2,000.00, call Payment Services Network at 1-877-885-7968.

ARE YOU MAKING A PAYMENT TO AVOID DISCONNECTION FOR DELINQUENCY OR TO HAVE SERVICE RECONNECTED?  Please review the "Important Utility Payment Processing Deadlines".

Questions about using the Online Account Access should be directed to Utility Billing at 937-376-7242 or utb@ci.xenia.oh.us.   If the Online Account Access website is inaccessible, please email our IT Division at helpdesk@ci.xenia.oh.us to report this technical issue. Please do not email the IT Division for issues with UserIDs or passwords.  These questions should be directed to Utility Billing.

Please allow 3 working days for online payments to be posted to your utility account. Payments made via the website are final and are not reversible. VISA/Mastercard/Discover are not responsible for refunding payments made in error. Please use caution when entering online payments and contact Utility Billing at 937-376-7242 if you make an error on an online payment. E-checks returned for non-sufficient funds are subject to a $25.00 returned item fee from the City of Xenia (in addition to any returned item fees charged by Payment Services Network) and possible immediate service disconnection.
