Utility Billing Online Access/Payments

Click this image  or here to view and/or pay your Xenia Utility account online.  There is a $2.00 online processing fee for all electronic check payments made via the website. Effective August 1, 2014, electronic check payments will no longer be accepted at our website.  You can still pay by e-check for the lower cost of $1.00 by calling Payment Services Network at 1-877-885-7968. Due to the lower costs for processing credit card payments, there is no online processing fee for credit card payments. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Payments in excess of $400.00 cannot be made via the website.

ARE YOU MAKING A PAYMENT TO AVOID DISCONNECTION FOR DELINQUENCY OR TO HAVE SERVICE RECONNECTED?  Please review the "Important Utility Payment Processing Deadlines".
