Active marketing is defined as placement of a “for sale” or “for lease” sign on the property with accurate contact information as well as at least one of the following:
- Listing of the building with a licensed Ohio Realtor in the Multiple Listing Service
- Placement of weekly advertisements in a newspaper or online listing.
