Net Profit Forms (filing under an FID)

If you are filing your Xenia Income Tax return under a Federal ID number use one of the forms on this page.

Using one of our fill-in PDF forms? It is strongly recommended that you save the form to your desktop, then complete, save it on your system and then submit the saved form. This takes the form out of the browser window and reduces most issues related to the variety of web browsers available. Click here for additional PDF hints and troubleshooting suggestions.

Note: There are known incompatibility issues with Adobe Viewer Versions higher than 9, Internet Explorer 10 and Google Chrome related to using the submit button. If you have an issue using the submit button, attach your completed PDF to a secure email using the secure email link at the bottom of the page.

Are you using a Mac? By default, your Mac may not open the PDF file in the full version of Adobe Reader. You may need to download the full version of Adobe Reader to be able to use the fill-in PDFs.

*An extension to file is not an extension to pay. Estimated taxes due must be paid by the return due date to avoid or reduce non-payment penalties. Non-payment penalties for tax year 2015 and prior are 5% per month (or part thereof) monthly from the return due date until the taxes are paid. Non-payment penalties for tax year 2016 and beyond are a 1-time 15% for any tax balances not paid by the return due date.
